At the Millis Brewery we keep our own live ale yeast which combined with English grown hops gives our beers a distinctive clean, hoppy and balanced finish.

Traditionally we have been suppliers exclusively to the Pub and Club trade, but due to ever increasing demand, we now supply the general public directly through our brewery off sale.
